What counts as a small change?
Replacing a photo, editing a few sentences, updating prices or opening hours, changing a phone number or address, or adding a customer review. Bigger changes, such as a new page, get a clear price before any work starts.
Questions
Will my email address change?
No. Your email belongs to your domain, not to your website platform. We keep its settings exactly as they are and check it works after the move.
Who owns the domain?
You do, always, in your own account. We never ask you to transfer it to us.
Can I still edit my site?
Just send us what you'd like changed. Up to three small changes a month are included, and bigger ones get a clear price first.
When do I pay?
Only after you've seen your new site on a preview link and approved it. Then you pay your first year (setup free) or your first month plus the $49 setup, and we go live.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We do the building. For the switch, you get clear, simple instructions, and we guide you through every step.
How long does it take?
Your finished site is ready for you to review in less than a week, guaranteed. Going live then only depends on your approval.
Will my site be down during the move?
Your old site stays online until the new one is ready and approved. The switch itself usually takes minutes, and you keep your old plan until everything is checked.
I don't have a website yet. Can you help?
Yes. We build your site from scratch and help you register a domain in your own name. The domain itself usually costs about $10–20 a year, paid directly to the domain company.
